Professional Background

Since I was young I have had a variety of jobs over the years; whether it be delivering newspapers or doing manual labour at a farm or warehouse, I did this all while completing my high school education.  These experiences and the balancing act of work and school has taught me not only various transferable skills, but most importantly it demonstrates my perseverance and ability to push myself to work hard to deliver results. 

I later attended the University of British Columbia (UBC) and completed my Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree and Bachelor of Education (BEd) Degree. It was during my first year at UBC that I decided to pursue a diploma in Real Estate through the UBC Sauder School of Business. Since then I have held my Real Estate licence and remained on top of the Real Estate market and trends.

Before coming into Real Estate full time, I was a Science teacher in Surrey. I worked with high school students and taught them a range of subjects, I also coached various sports. Having this teaching background is definitely a great asset. These skills allow me to build and discover the best opportunities for my clients. 

Being a teacher has taught me to actively listen to my clients and comprehend their individual needs, which allows me to successfully tailor specific responses for them. This translates very well into Real Estate as I can understand the clients’ expectations and provide them with a home that directly meets their needs.

I will go above and beyond what is required from a realtor to satisfy the needs of my clients by keeping in mind my personal values of loyalty, integrity, and respect.

Personal Background 

I was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and raised in Surrey, BC. I now reside in Langley with my beautiful wife, young daughter and son, as well as my mother and younger sister. I have a large family and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible - they are the most important part of my life. When I am not working or with my family, I like to play all kinds of sports or participate in outdoor adventures. I play roller hockey in a rec league and basketball at the community center. I believe in a balanced lifestyle incorporating health, family life, sports and business.
